The first session is a consultation and will take about an hour or so. It will consist of an assessment of what your goals are, what your current fitness levels are, what your body composition is and a discussion about your expectations from the training.
Once we have established where you are heading, then you can decide what form of training you want:
Packages range from the following:
£30p/hr | Pay as you go single person sessions (one-to-one) |
£50p/hr | Training buddy sessions (This cost can be shared between 2-3 people) |
£170 | If you book 6 single person sessions (£28.33 p/hr) |

Payment
I can only currently accept payment by cash. Payment for all packages will need to be paid at the beginning of the first session and pay as you sessions must be made before the individual PT session commences (this simply allows the focus to be on the training and your goals rather than worrying about remembering to pay at the end of the session!).
Cancellation
Whilst everyone will at some point have to cancel or rearrange a session, please bear in mind the affect this has on your training programme and also the fact that another person could have had training time!
Sessions cancelled outside of 48 hours before your session can be postponed to another time but no cash refund will be offered (you will be in ‘credit’ for further training).
If you book a multi-session package you can postpone or rearrange a maximum of two sessions within your package (with less that 24 hours notice) with no charge. Every session thereafter will unfortunately have a cost attached of 50% of the session cost – you can still use the other 50% to book another session but there will be no cash refund for the remainder.
If booking an early morning session (<8am) clients will have to pay the full session amount in advance or have booked as part of a package. I will contact you the day before (usually by text) to check you are still going ahead with the morning session and will need confirmation back before I will go ahead with that session. Failure to confirm back may mean that the session doesn't go ahead - so please make sure you reply!
*Please note that I am a qualified Nutrition and Weight Management consultant (YMCA Level 3) and not a dietician or nutritionist. Clients are asked to declare any medical conditions that may affect their diet / programme at the outset of the programme.
